Biography

Born in Eaglecliff, Edwyrd (or simply Ed to his friends) showed and affinity for magic at a young age. His Parents, a human and an elf, were not around much due to the shame of the union so he was forced to fend for himself. As he got to about 10 years old as an urchin of Eaglecliff, he had to learn to fend for himself. He managed to teach himself some basic spells through trial and error, and by stealing the occasional spellbook. By 12 years old, he managed to teach himself 2nd level spells.

Eventually his life of petty crime came to an end as he was caught by a university enforcer, however the Head master of the school of Divination took pity on him and was impressed by his aptitude for magic at a young age, to the extent of sponsering his enterence into the school. By 17 he was already a graduate of the Eaglecliff University College of Divination and stayed on for his Masters certification that he passed at age 20.

Magic became his whole life and he used his powers of divination to be accepted into the university's intelegence gathering department while also taking classes in 4 other colleges to attempt those. Finally, by age 37, he became the youngest Grand Master graduate, accending to Grand Master of Eaglecliff when the previous one retired when Ed was 52. He has been a respected and wise leader of Eaglecliff ever since.
